You can review Kconfig changes you are making in the Changes tab.
To revert a change to its original value, click the Reset Value button on the right-hand side of the item.
Tip
The Problems panel in the Visual Studio Code's Panel Views can also list issues related to your Kconfig configuration. If the issue requires you to rebuild the application, click Build button in the Actions View to start the build.
