Just like in the June release, we have moved some UI elements that used to pop up as notifications to the status bar tooltip instead.
Any problems or events that doesn't require immediate action, and that won't go away on its own, are now presented in the status bar.
This release, we have moved the release notes notification and West Workspace issues to the status bar, instead of showing them as notifications.
