Build configuration entries in the Applications View use color-coded badges to communicate their current state at a glance, without needing to hover or open a tooltip.

| Progress indicator, warning color | Building | The build is currently in progress. |

Unstable | The build configuration has not yet completed a successful build (for example, it has been added but never built). |
! badge, color for invalid item |
Stale | The build output is out of date and needs to be rebuilt. See also Pristine Build action in the Details View. |
