To review changes, use the Timeline section in the Visual Studio Code's Explorer. Make sure you have switched to the text editor view of the file you have modified (the Open Text Editor button.)
To revert changes, you can use the Undo action from VS Code. The Undo action is also available from the context menu in the Peripherals and Pins Views, the Nodes View, and the Node Inspector.
