Build management

Added support for using the build_info.yml file to read build information.
Added a dialog to prompt the user to do a pristine build when a file in the application folder used by the build is deleted. Updated the conditions for considering a build as stale accordingly.
Added the active build context name to the Actions View toolbar.
Fixed an issue with rebuilding after an overlay file was deleted from the build sources. Now, the top build configuration entry is always built when generating a build or a pristine build.
