  • Query firmware info on the network core:

    nrfutil device fw-info --core network --serial-number <serial_number>

  • List firmware info for Nordic DFU-capable devices:

    nrfutil device fw-info --traits nordicDfu

  • Collect results in JSON for automation. See the nrfutil --json page:

    nrfutil device fw-info --json --serial-number <serial_number>

Human-readable output lists each detected image under an image: section with version and related fields. The exact fields depend on the device and programming method.
