Use the nrfutil device otp-write command to write one-time programmable (OTP) memory.
OTP bits can typically only be programmed from 1 to 0. Once written, they cannot be changed back from 0 to 1 and the OTP memory content cannot be erased.
Caution
Verify addresses and data before you run the command. Providing incorrect values can make it impossible to boot or debug the device. Nordic Semiconductor assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, that may result from performing this operation.
