The command uses the following structure:
nrfutil device x-provision-keys [--key-file ARG] [--serial-number ARG] [--traits ARG] [--remote-jlink ARG] [--family ARG] [--x-force-device ARG] [--x-sdfw-variant ARG] [--append-batch PATH] [--generate] [--help]
You can use the same subcommand for both nRF54L Series devices and nRF54H Series devices.
You can select the device or the device series using the command options.

Note
The x in the subcommand name means that the command is currently experimental. Its implementation might change in the future.
