otp-write programs the OICR region on devices that expose it through the probe interface, such as the nRF54H Series development kits.
On nRF53 Series and nRF91 Series devices, one-time programmable UICR fields (for example UICR.OTP) are not written with otp-write. Program UICR content with device program instead. See the nRF Connect SDK and product specification for your SoC for details on UICR.OTP behavior.
