Installing nRF Util commands when offline

Complete the following steps to install nRF Util commands on a host without Internet connection:

1. Insert the USB drive with the nRF Util offline bundle to the offline host.

2. Run nrfutil install with the command name and the --from-offline flag pointing to the nrfutil-offline directory. For example, this command installs the device command:

   nrfutil install device --from-offline E:/nrfutil-offline
