Use the nrfutil device write command to write a 32-bit value to a specific address. This is useful for modifying registers or memory during debugging, testing peripherals, or changing device configuration without reprogramming the entire firmware.
Note
The write subcommand does not program the OICR (OTP) memory region on nRF54H Series devices. Use device otp-write instead.
