You can use a dedicated nRF Util modem trace Wireshark plugin to collect Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART) traces from any device that supports modem trace, for example a System-in-Package (SiP) from the nRF91 Series or the nRF93M1 module. The trace can be used to analyze the communication between the device and a modem-based network.
With this method, you need to install Wireshark and a dedicated plugin provided by the nrfutil trace command. If you prefer to capture modem trace in command line using nrfutil trace lte, read the trace lte page.
Tip
You can also capture modem traces from the command line using the trace lte subcommand.
