device program --x-ext-mem-config-file

Use the --x-ext-mem-config-file option with the nrfutil device program command to program external memory on Nordic Semiconductor devices. Programming external memory follows mostly the same pattern as programming the internal memory, with the addition of a configuration file that contains peripheral and pin settings for accessing the external flash.
