The command uses the following structure:
nrfutil sdk-manager config show [--help]
nrfutil sdk-manager config install-dir [--help]
nrfutil sdk-manager config toolchain-index [--help]
nrfutil sdk-manager config sdk-index [--help]
nrfutil sdk-manager config restore-default [--help]
