Use the nrfutil 93-series modem-firmware-upgrade command to upload and apply a delta modem firmware image to the nRF93M1 module. Upgrade happens over the AT command interface on UART.
By default, the command uses fast delivery mode, where the data is uploaded directly over UART within a timeout. Use --packet-mode for slow or unreliable connections.
