Readback protection prevents unauthorized access to the device's memory contents through debug interfaces. In Nordic Semiconductor hardware, the readback protection is implemented using the access port protection mechanism (AP-Protect). The nrfutil device command offers two subcommands to manage readback protection: protection-get and protection-set.
