Use the nrfutil ble-sniffer bootstrap command to install the nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE and nRF Logger for Bluetooth HCI Wireshark plugins.
The command copies the plugin executables into the Wireshark directory for personal external capture (extcap) plugins, where Wireshark detects them at startup.
