nRF Kconfig GUI

Added support for Hardware Model v2.
Added a mechanism for updating the active build context between the nRF Connect, the nRF DeviceTree, and the nRF Kconfig extensions.
Fixed an issue with opening the Kconfig GUI for builds with shields.
