To avoid mixing up the west update and view refresh buttons, we have changed the icon for the west update command to a download icon in the west section of VS Code's Source Control View (Ctrl-Shift-G).
Additionally, the extension now updates this View to keep track of the active SDK instead of being stuck on whatever SDK was (or was not) active at the start of the session.
