The nRF Connect for VS Code extension integration is not working

If Nordic MCP guidance does not use the nRF Connect for VS Code extension tools, check the following:

1. Update nRF Connect for VS Code to version 2026.9.2797 or later.
2. Remove any user or workspace mcp.json entry that configures Nordic MCP.
3. In the extension settings, confirm that the nRF Connect MCP server is configured and enabled.
4. Start the nRF Connect MCP server and confirm that it is connected to the MCP client.
