The nRF Cloud tools use the memfault_* prefix and appear only when the integration is available and authorized.
Verify these nRF Cloud requirements:
- You selected the feature during authorization. Re-authenticate to change the selection.
- You signed in to nRF Cloud with the myNordic account that you use with Nordic MCP.
- Your nRF Cloud account has a favorite organization selected as the default. If you have multiple organizations, select the preferred organization.
- You renewed any expired or revoked account link.
If Nordic MCP reports that the service is temporarily unavailable, wait and retry. If failures continue, check the nRF Cloud service status.
The tools can be available while a query returns no device data. Confirm that the selected project is correct and that the deployed firmware integrates the Memfault Firmware SDK and successfully uploads data.
