GDB, UART, and PPK2 helpers can hold their hardware interface exclusively. Stop other debug sessions, serial terminals, measurement tools, or IDE processes that own the same interface, then retry.
Before restarting, confirm the intended J-Link probe, VCOM port, PPK2, device, measurement mode, and voltage. Do not recover or erase a device merely to resolve an ownership conflict.
