Describe the outcome:
Use Nordic MCP to install the nRF Connect SDK v3.3.0 and its toolchain on Ubuntu.
Use Nordic MCP to prepare an nRF Connect SDK v3.4.0 environment and scaffold the Hello World sample as a freestanding application in this workspace.
Identify the connected development kit.
If more than one suitable device is connected, ask me which one to use.
Run a verification build for the resolved board target, then stop and prepare a handoff for a fresh chat for Development.
Do not program the device yet.
Use Nordic MCP to build and program the application in /work/sensor.
Use the nrf54l15dk/nrf54l15/cpuapp target and ask me to confirm the device.
