Run west from inside the nRF Connect SDK toolchain environment (see Initialize the workspace):
nrfutil sdk-manager toolchain launch --ncs-version v3.4.0 --shell
Use the following command to build on the DK:
cd applications/93m1_at
west build -p -b nrf93m1dk/nrf54l15/cpuapp/ns
west flash
