The module publishes the following batch status messages:
- STORAGE_BATCH_AVAILABLE: The batch is ready for reading. The message includes the total item count available and the session ID.
- STORAGE_BATCH_EMPTY: No stored data is available, which means that the batch is empty.
- STORAGE_BATCH_BUSY: Another module is using the batch session.
- STORAGE_BATCH_ERROR: An error occurred during a batch operation.
