The Nordic Thingy:91 X™ has a 256 Mbit external flash memory (U7) that is connected to the nRF9151 System in Package (SiP) (M1) and nRF5340 System on Chip (SoC) (U6) through a shared Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus.
