The command uses the following structure:
nrfutil ble-sniffer sniff [<options>] <args>
nrfutil ble-sniffer bootstrap [<options>] <args>
nrfutil ble-sniffer hci [<options>] <args>
nrfutil ble-sniffer help [<options>] <args>
