Reading from RRAM

RRAM can be read using any natural alignment.

Read and execute operations are cachable through CACHE — Instruction/data cache. For execution performance figures, see CPU.

Low latency mode

The POWER.LOWPOWERCONFIG and POWER.STANDBYCONFIG registers allow trading off between latency and power consumption. To minimize wake-up latency from sleep mode, configure POWER.LOWPOWERCONFIG.MODE to be Standby. For further latency reduction, configure POWER.STANDBYCONFIG.MODE to also be Standby, which keeps RRAM in standby mode while the system is clocked.

When combined with Constant Latency sub-power mode, these settings provide the lowest possible RRAM access latency.
