The nRF9151 SMA DK is a hardware development platform used to design and develop application firmware on the nRF9151 System in Package (SiP). The nRF9151 SiP supports Long-Term Evolution (LTE), Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN), DECT NR+, and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) depending on the installed network protocol firmware.
The nRF9151 SMA DK is fitted with SMA connectors to facilitate evaluation and performance tests in a laboratory and the use of external antennas. The firmware development and debug and trace features on the nRF9151 SMA DK are identical to the ones on the nRF9151 DK, which also has onboard antennas to facilitate application and firmware focused work.
To get started with the nRF9151 SMA DK, install nRF Connect for Desktop and from there install the Quick Start app.
