Measure current with Power Profiler Kit II

nRF7002 Expansion Board II Hardware

The average current drawn by the nRF7002 EBII can be measured using a PPK2 in ampere meter mode. This method monitors the current in series with the nRF device. See the Power Profiler Kit II for more information.

Make sure you have prepared the nRF7002 EBII as described in Set up the nRF7002 EBII.
  1. Connect the PPK2 between the pins of connector P10.
  2. Connect GND on the PPK2 kit to GND on the nRF7002 EBII.
    You can use GND on nRF7002 EBII connector P9 or P10 for ground.
