nRF54LM20A | nRF54LM20B Datasheet

The USBHS (USB high speed) peripheral is a USB 2.0 device that supports USB 2.0 and is backward compatible with the USB 1.1 Specification.

The following are main features of USBHS:

  • Multiple DMA/non-DMA mode access support for the application
  • Supports up to 16 bidirectional endpoints, including control endpoint 0
  • Supports the following modes:
    • High-speed (HS) 480 Mbps
    • Full-speed (FS) 12 Mbps
    • Low-speed (LS) 1.5 Mbps
    • Configurable device mode
  • Includes automatic ping capabilities
  • Supports keep-alive in low-speed mode and SOFs in high- and full-speed modes
  • Provides on-chip PLL to reduce clock noise and eliminate the need for an external clock generator
  • Supports battery charging, enabling a device to draw current in excess of the USB 2.0 specification for charging or powering up from dedicated charging ports or charging downstream ports
  • Does not support On-The-Go (OTG)
