In order to set up a good workflow for managing and installing toolchains, we have created a new Toolchain Management Menu to replace the Welcome Window's Quick Setup section. The Toolchain Management Menu can be found in the Welcome section of the sidebar and through the nRF Connect: Manage Toolchains command. It gathers all actions related to Toolchain management in a single menu.
