Enabled the Debug action for the sysbuild configuration.
Updated the warning message about missing debug optimization setting for the build configuration.
Changed the nrf-connect.debugging.justMyCode setting default to false.
Changed the Memory Explorer behavior to always use the debug symbols when generating tabs.
