Both Zephyr and the nRF Connect SDK support sysbuild, but with the following difference:
- In Zephyr, sysbuild is not enabled by default.
- In the nRF Connect SDK, sysbuild is enabled by default.
The extension makes this difference explicit by providing the radio selector for sysbuild when you create or edit a build configuration.
