Include the following information when it is relevant:
- Task description and intended outcome (such as setup, build, program, debug, test, monitor UART, migrate, or review code)
- nRF Connect SDK version
- Full board target or development kit name
- Project path and project type
- Exact command, log output, error message, or configuration snippet
Be specific. Prefer exact versions, exact paths, and exact board targets when you know them. Use a development kit name only when that is the clearest available context.
