It was inherited from the previous SoC revision Engineering B.
Symptoms
GRTC drifts in frequency at low temperature.
Conditions
The system is using HFINT.
Consequences
Applications with real-time requirements can behave unexpectedly.
Workaround
A workaround is implemented in nRF Connect SDK 2.8.0 and later when MPSL is used.
A generic workaround is implemented in nRF Connect SDK 3.0.0 and later.
