SoC revisions and variants

This section shows the package and memory variants for each nRF54L15 SoC revision.

The package variant code, function variant code, and the first two characters of the build code can be read from the middle row of the markings on top of the nRF54L15 SoC. For more information on the codes, see Ordering information in the nRF54L15 | nRF54L10 | nRF54L05 Datasheet.
