This anomaly applies to DK v0.9.0.
Symptoms
Receiver sensitivity is lower than specified in the nRF9151 Product Specification in the 700-1000 MHz LTE bands, the 1900 MHz NR+ band, and the 1575 MHz GNSS band.
Conditions
The nRF9151 DK v0.9.0 is supplied from USB and operating in LTE Cat-M1, Cat-NB1/2, NR+, or GNSS mode, and the USB peripheral on the nRF5340 Interface MCU is active.
Consequences
Range might be shorter than expected for LTE and NR+ operation. Time to first GNSS fix might be longer than expected. Tracking accuracy might be reduced in GNSS operation.
Workaround
Supply the nRF9151 SiP on the nRF9151 DK with an external PSU and interface directly with the nRF9151 UART peripheral instead of through the USB to UART interface of the nRF5340 Interface MCU.
This anomaly is fixed in the nRF9151 DK v1.0.0.
