Example of configuring nRF9151 MIPI RFFE for external device

nRF9151 Hardware Verification Guidelines

Commands in this section need to be given only after device power-up or in device production. If the AT+CFUN=0 AT command is given in the production phase, it stores the given AT command’s content to nRF9151's non-volatile flash memory.

A MIPI RF Front-End Control Interface (RFFE) device can be configured for nRF9151 with the Nordic-proprietary %XMIPIRFFEDEV and %XMIPIRFFECTRL AT commands.

For an example of a device using MIPI RFFE for LTE antenna tuning, see Nordic Thingy:91 X product page. For Nordic Thingy:91 X™'s hardware files, see Hardware files.
